Damas, the leading international jewellery retailer in the Middle East, celebrates the arrival of the latest jewels from renowned Italian design house Fope.

The unique selection of bangles, bracelets necklaces, pendants, rings and earrings from the bestselling Flex'It, Mondrian and Orizzonti collections exhibit superior craftsmanship that has become the hallmark of the 80 year-old Italian brand.

The latest Fope creations embrace modernity and practicality while keeping intact the beauty and elegance of fine jewellery. The pieces highlight the beauty of 18kt gold in different hues as well as diamonds, pearls and semi-precious stones.

Speaking at the exclusive launch held in Saks Fifth Avenue - Burjuman Centre, Giuseppe Marcheluzzo, Director for International Operations of Fope, explained: “Fope has always positioned itself as an innovator of jewellery. Throughout its 80 years of existence, the brand has been at the forefront of change. It has constantly strived to redefine the way we look at jewellery.

We are in the belief that jewels have to 'speak' to the women who wear them and we are launching these exciting creations to reflect this philosophy.

Flex'It, Orizzonti and Mondrian are testament to the innovations happening in the realm of jewellery design today and we are pleased to make them available to jewellery lovers in the region.”

Tamjid Abdullah, Deputy Managing Director of Damas, the exclusive partner of Fope in the Middle East, commented: “We take pride in being associated with a trailblazing jewellery brand such as Fope.

The brand's rare design sensibility and outstanding craftsmanship resonates in each of the creations. They will definitely make strong impression amongst those who truly understand what modern elegance is all about.”

Flex'it proposes next generation gold jewels that free women from traditional clasps. This year's selection includes necklaces, rings and earrings available in two mesh sizes and in three types of gold - white, red and yellow.

The pieces are offered in different designs with false clasps in gold, gold and diamonds, as well as gold and semi-precious stones such as amethyst, topaz and citrine quartz, all in keeping with the most glamorous trends.

They are sinuous, balanced and circular, evoking the perfection of an emotion that begins and ends in one gesture, with luxurious simplicity.

Orizzonti, on the other hand, features scintillating bangles, bracelets, rings, earrings and necklaces with multi-coloured pendants.

The distinctive feature of the collection is the studded line of diamonds and the unique Novecentro mesh which perfectly contrasts with the satin texture of pink or white gold. Evoking mystique and feminine charm, these jewels are ideal for day and evening wear.

Inspired by the famous Dutch painter, Mondrian offers a vibrant spread of bangles, bracelets and necklaces with multi-coloured pendants featuring an innovative square design and a new pierced weave.
