Damas, the international jewellery and watch retailer, once again demonstrates its leadership in the realm of luxury with a lavish spread of jewels from its celebrated Majestic Bridal Collection. Exclusively created by Damas' seasoned designers and goldsmiths, these elaborate couture pieces evoke elegance and sophistication to delight the bride on her special day.

In an exclusive event held at Damas Les Exclusives Boutique on Al Maktoum Road, Tamjid Abdullah, Deputy Managing Director, and the creative mind behind Damas' most memorable in-house jewels, talked about the famed collection: “For over one hundred years, Damas has been known as a pioneer and innovator in the jewellery field. The exclusive bridal collection is an outcome of our continuing pursuit of excellence in design and craftsmanship. These one-of-a-kind pieces were created to make the bride the centre of attention on her wedding.”

Bridal jewellery is the focal point of our extensive in-house offerings. Damas produces its own designs, ensuring the highest standard of craftsmanship in every creation. We offer the bride what she rightfully deserves – a dazzling jewellery set like no other meant to be passed on from generation to generation.”

To mark the occasion, Damas has assembled elegant sets of necklace, bracelet, ring and earrings featuring sumptuous diamonds, sapphires, rubies and emeralds expertly set in 18kt white and yellow gold. Set against the opulent interiors of Damas' first bridal boutique, model-brides wearing the latest creations of top Arab fashion designer Walid Atallah presented the unique bridal sets to the delight of guests.

The Damas Majestic Bridal Collection carries the distinction of not having any two designs alike, guaranteeing exclusivity for its wearer. From traditional to contemporary, each set serves as fitting accent to an elegant bridal ensemble.

There is a wide variety of designs to choose from: an all-diamond set whose brilliance only heightens the appeal of even a simple white dress, an opulent emerald set complemented by the lustrous beauty of diamonds and an elegant drizzle of rubies interspersed with playful brilliants, among many others. Paired with Damas' exclusive range of bridal timepieces, the dazzling creations capture the breezy elegance and femininity of today's young brides.

What's more, all diamond jewels from Damas Majestic Bridal Collection are certified by the International Diamond Laboratories (IDL), a Dubai government initiative to ensure the quality and credibility of diamonds and diamond jewellery sold in the UAE.

Peter Meeus, CEO of International Diamond Laboratories explained: “The IDL certificate guarantees the authenticity and quality of the polished diamonds used in Damas Majestic Bridal Collection. It is a written statement of the diamond's attributes giving the precise grading for each of the 4C's – carat weight, cut, colour, and clarity- raising confidence of customers in the diamonds they acquire.”
