'CULT' concept to offer casual & trendy brands at Cologne Bonn Airport

The Nuance Group is pleased to announce that it will start operating at Cologne Bonn Airport as of spring 2009. The Nuance offer will comprise two stores for fashion & accessories and luggage, travel accessories and electronics, respectively.

Located landside adjacent to the airport's new central security area, the shops are ideally positioned to catch the eye of passengers, meeters and greeters, visitors to the airport conference center and staff. Together, they cover a total of 350 square metres.

The 226 square metre “CULT” concept will offer casual and trendy brands such as Diesel, Pepe Jeans and Marc O'Polo with a broad assortment of men's and women's clothing and accessories. The fashion offer will be complemented by an attractive selection of fashion watches and accessories.

Next to “CULT”, a 125 square metre “Travel Star” concept is designed to house an offer of luggage, travel gear, travel accessories and electronics such as cameras and iPods targeting people on the move.

Cologne Bonn Airport - Cologne Bonn Airport is the fastest growing airport among the Top Ten Airports in Germany, having nearly doubled its passenger volume over the last five years. In 2007, traffic figures reached an all-time high with 10.47 million people taking off or landing at Cologne/Bonn. Low-cost carriers are primarily responsible for this growth. Cologne Bonn Airport is currently expanding its shopping facilities at Terminal 1 landside up to 3,800 square metres, with the new facilities scheduled to open in early 2009.
