fMM&T set to serve growing footwear manufacturing sector

IFCOMA is the only trade association of footwear component manufacturers in India. A non-profit organisation it aims to help the industry meet international quality and standards.
APLF are the organisers of the annual Materials, Manufacturing and Technology (MM&T) exhibition in Hong Kong which, together with (the twice a year) Fashion Access, are generally regarded as the premier international exhibition for the sector in Asia.
APLF is a joint venture between CMP Asia, a subsidiary of the United Business Media Group PLC which operates in over 30 countries and SIC SA in Paris. CMP Asia organises more than 70 international events throughout Asia and SIC is the organiser of the twice-yearly specialized leather fair Le Cuir a Paris and one of the leaders in the organisation of international events.
The outline
The combined knowledge of the Indian footwear industry offered by the Association, and APLF/CMP/SIC's experience of organizing international leather sector exhibitions, will ensure a perfect fit.
fMM&T'09 is poised to create a win-win situation for the Indian footwear manufacturers helping them sell more high-end products and to serve the growing needs of the domestic markets, not to forget the opportunity provided for Indian shoe-makers to keep ahead of what is new and innovative.
