Moda Menswear will present an exciting portfolio of strong-selling ranges and innovative brands who are daring to stand out from the crowd at the upcoming show.

At Moda Menswear, German label Mac will be launching its smart menswear collection of Brit inspired checks alongside a strong denim line. Simon Carter, already a favourite for accessories, is now a major player in clothing and will be introducing their high quality tailoring range to the independent sector. Expect bold checks from Matinique alongside roll neck cardigans in their own take on this season's key trends.

Moda Platform, dedicated to contemporary menswear brands, launched in August last year and has already tripled in size for February 2009. It will now offer retailers the strongest line-up of contemporary and heritage labels to be found anywhere in the UK. One of the original Mod brands Merc will be showing a collection at Moda Platform, drawing on classic Brit fabrics and styles including skinny shirts and narrow leg trousers, alongside Melka Gold, the directional shirt led brand relaunching with a new retro look, brand new contemporary knitwear label Thorne & Bros and a new sharp tailoring line from Ben Sherman. Some other brands showing at Moda Platform include Paolo Vandini, Aigle, Oiler & Boiler, Gibson London, Gloverall, John Smedley and 1… Like No Other.

Moda continues to be the most exciting, directional fashion event in the UK for an overview of the season's must-have trends. It will unite more retailers, buyers and designer talent than ever before whilst providing expertise and practical advice.
