'International Leather Goods Fair – Winter Styles' from March 20

The new bag fashion for Autumn/Winter 2009-10 is in the center of the I.L.M – International Leather Goods Fair – Winter Styles taking place on the fair grounds Offenbach from March 20th to 22nd, 2009.

Following the statements of Ursula A. Diehl, the managing director of Messe Offenbach, the signs for this fair are absolutely positive with view to the participation numbers and the structure of the presentation profile. The interest in a participation at the I.L.M is unbroken compared to last year. So the organizer is in the position to forecast a widely stable event at the level of last year.

About 210 exhibitors from inland and abroad will be represented at this seasonal starting event for fashionable leather accessories and bags in Offenbach. They represent creations in far more than 1.000 product lines of high-quality and destined for the specialized trade with the stamp of internationality.

The exhibition programme of the International Leather Goods Fair comprises the latest bag collections among them a number of international lifestyle and designer labels as well as strong young fashion brands also including trendy collections with small leather goods, travel and leisure bags, business and school articles, umbrellas, gloves, belts, and other fashion accessories.

Highlights of Fashion Communication: Fashion Shows, Trend Points, and Trend Lectures show what is coming into vogue in Autumn/Winter
The focal point of the exhibits are the top trends in bag fashion and the concomitant fashion information. Daily fashion shows, trend talks, and fashion points as to the trend worlds Autumn/Winter 2009-10 point out for the visitors at the I.L.M Winter Styles the direction to the hightlights of the new season of fashion.

Fashion Consultant Martin Wuttke who dedicates the Autumn Fashion to the guiding themes „ANTIQUE SEDUCTION“, „SHY GLAM“, „BOHEMIEN WONDERLAND“ and „WINTER TRAIL“ draws attention to the bags and fashion trends of two lifestyle worlds by presenting his fashion show concept “SUPREME“ and „DYNAMIC VIBES”:

SUPREME
– noble, traditional, fashion classics, modern elegance, high end
- presented at this trend show are the most important highlights of the bag collections from the section Modern Classic and City Chic.

DYNAMIC VIBES
– scenic, progressive, emotional, and stylish
- this show focusses on the energies of the trendy bag collections of sportswear, young fashion up to functional design. The center point is the dynamic, creativity and freshness of the “active generation” and her lifestyle.

Many-faceted motivation to intensively encounter the new fashion and the collections of the I.L.M exhibitors is offered by the daily trend lectures and the I.L.M Trend Booklet.

Opening Hours
The I.L.M Winter Styles as the significant main ordering event for highly fashionable leather accessories exclusively addresses trade visitors. The fair is open daily from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Admission is only for trade visitors with a corresponding legitimation.
