Aeffe terminates license agreement with Elite Group

Aeffe Group, taking into consideration the financial situation of the licensee and with the aim of safeguarding its brands, has decided to terminate unilaterally the license agreements with Elite Group Spa for the production and distribution of Alberta Ferretti and Pollini glasses.
The anticipated termination of the license agreements does not imply the payment of any penalty for Aeffe Group. Aeffe Group underlines that the business generated by the license agreements with Elite Group Spa represents approximately 0.1% of its total turnover in 2008.
Aeffe S.p.A., a company listed on the STAR segment of the Italian stock exchange, and is today one of the main international entities in the luxury goods sector. Aeffe S.p.A. operates through manufacturing and distribution of prestigious brands such as Alberta Ferretti, Moschino, Moschino CheapandChic, Pollini and Jean Paul Gaultier.
