Ahmedabad celebrates Tata Indicom Fashion Weekend

Young talent in fashion have been shining at the fashion weeks and its time to present them to a larger audience. Designers who work with Indian textiles, crafts and weavers to create the fashion of the future.
Day one of the weekend will be exclusive “by invite” preview to the crème da le crème of the city over a fashion presentation featuring top models and professionals from the host city. It will be held this evening at Ame Gujarati, the hot new haute food spot in the city.
The following three days the designers will exhibit their designs for retail preview and sale. Which will be held from Monday April 27, through April 28, 2009 between 5-8pm everyday at the Hutheesing Visual Art Centre, CEPT Campus, Opp Gujarat University.
With trend-setting designers, a swanky laid-back venue, music, glam models , cutting edge design, socialites, fashionistas, corporate bigwigs, et al, the 'Tata Indicom Ahmedabad Fashion Weekend' promises to be the most looked for event in the city's event calendar.
