Rahimi's couture gowns to be modeled at 'Afternoon with Eve'

Los Angeles couture designer and philanthropist Ali Rahimi, owner of Mon Atelier Custom Designs, will be featured by the Mannequins Auxiliary of the Assistance League of Southern California at their "Afternoon with Eve" event on Thursday, May 14 at the Beverly Hills Hotel.
The event is a bi-annual luncheon, fashion show, and silent auction fundraiser at which the Mannequins present the Eve Award to recognize fashionable and philanthropic community leaders.
This year, in particular, is quite a celebration as the Assistance League is celebrating its 90th anniversary of service in Southern California.
"It has been a delight working with the distinguished and charitable women on the committee," says Rahimi of the nonprofit organization that provides a broad range of essential human services and economic development activities to low and moderate income residents within Hollywood, the San Fernando Valley and the greater Los Angeles area through a partnership of dedicated volunteers and staff.
A-list celebrities like Anjelica Huston, Julia Louis-Dreyfus and Felicity Huffman as well as brides and high society women and men are drawn to Rahimi's Los Angeles-based Mon Atelier salon from all over the world to receive a level of personal attention and exquisite craftsmanship that is rarely found. Using only the finest quality of fabrics and materials, Rahimi's couture designs are perfected through multiple fittings and the nearly lost art of hand finishing.
At the "Afternoon with Eve" event, the Mannequins will model Rahimi's exquisite Mon Atelier designs in the grand finale of the fashion show, while attendees will bid for a 10-day vacation at an exclusive Tuscan villa in a live auction. Fritz Coleman, weathercaster for NBC's Channel 4, will emcee.
