Shareholders of Pantaloon approves biz restructure

Pantaloon Retail India Ltd has informed that the members of the Company by way of Postal Ballot have passed the following resolutions :

1. Sale/Transfer of Fashion Division of the Company including the entire investment in Home Solutions (Retail) India Ltd ("HSRIL") to its wholly owned subsidiary, Future Value Retail Ltd to be renamed as Future Merchandising Ltd;

2. Sale/Transfer of Retail Division of the Company to its subsidiary, Future Speciality Retail Ltd to be renamed Future Consumer Enterprises Ltd, in which the Company has 100% interest and

3. Change of name of the Company to "Future Markets & Consumer Group Ltd" or such other name as may be approved by Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra;
