Joe's Jeans Inc announced that it has signed a new license agreement with Vogue Trimmings Inc to manufacture and distribute Joe's branded belts for men, women, girls and boys. The new line of belts will debut in September 2009 at the tradeshows Project in Las Vegas and Coterie in New York and will be available in time for the holiday shopping season nationwide in major department stores and specialty store retailers as well as the Joe's branded stores.

"We are excited to have Vogue Trimmings as a partner to launch our latest accessory product line. Part of our commitment for 2009 has been to find licensees to extend the Joe's product offerings and we believe we have found an excellent partner in Vogue Trimmings," said Marc Crossman, President and Chief Executive Officer. "We look forward to working closely with them in this endeavor."

Vogue Trimmings, founded by Frank Valensi, is a leading manufacturer of belts and decorative belt buckles located in Los Angeles. Vogue Trimmings has built a successful business as a licensee of other brands as well as a private label manufacturer for Macy's, Nordstrom and other major retailers.

"I am thrilled to work with Joe's Jeans and leverage our expertise to help translate the Joe's brand into a resource for belts to complement its current sportswear offerings," said Frank Valensi, President and CEO of Vogue Trimmings Inc. "I believe the consumer is going to love Joe's belts for its fashion-forward designs and quality product."
