bebe stores inc announced they have entered into a five-year licensing agreement with Titan Industries, Inc, to design, manufacture and distribute women's non-casual footwear. The products will be sold in bebe stores in the United States and Canada as well as select specialty and department stores worldwide.

“We are very pleased to announce a new licensing agreement with Titan Industries who has proven to possess both the design and manufacturing expertise to support the expansion of the bebe brand,” said Manny Mashouf, bebe's Chairman and CEO. “We believe this agreement will improve the in-store assortment while expanding worldwide distribution to a larger audience.”

The new bebe shoe collection will debut during the World Shoe Association Trade Show (WSA) at the end of July and is slated for early Spring 2010 delivery to stores.

“Titan was originally created in 1998 for the sole purpose of licensing shoes under the bebe brand and we are very excited to be part of the bebe family again,” said Joe Ouaknine, Titan's CEO. “We understand the DNA of the bebe brand and over the last 10 years we have continued to grow and evolve never loosing sight of what makes shoes 'sexy' for women.”
