Refresh your back to school memories with Kids Foot Locker

When you close your eyes and think back to your first day of school, a few things will undoubtedly come to mind:

Kids Foot Locker keeps these images in mind for the line-up of the 2009 Back to School sneaker collection with notebook and doodle inspired Nikes, Nike 6.0 skate sneakers, and new styles from Reebok -- after all, imagine your first day without a new pair of sneakers -- I don't think so.
"When it comes to the first day of school, kids are always looking for fresh, fun looks that tap into their own personal style," said Jeanine Zocks, VP of Brand Marketing for Kids Foot Locker. "The exciting shoe line-up at Kids Foot Locker allows them to do just that by combining bright colors, patterns and creative school imagery in a unique and eclectic way."
Nike takes a page from your school books with a notebook-inspired Air Force 1 and Dunk lo, both designed with marble and loose-leaf printed side panels. The heel includes the image of a notebook label complete with "sheet" and "page count" and the tongue has a line-drawing sketch of a school house.
It's never long before a pristine notebook becomes a work of art, plastered from cover-to-cover with cartoons and bubble letters. The Nike "doodle" collection includes Blazers, Dunk hi's, Max 90s, and Air Force 1's that are, as the name implies, splattered with the stuff day dreams are made of.
Keeping with the fresh, bright theme, Kids Foot Locker introduces Nike 6.0 -- a line of skate sneakers that are constructed with the support needed for active kids. With unique color blocking, use of patterns and prints, they are a favorite on the playground.
Reebok brings new styles and colors into their Back-to-School collection as well. The Courtee, a kids' basketball sneaker for both boys and girls is great for indoor and outdoor play with a non-marking outsole, ankle cushioning and an easy-to-clean patent leather upper.
