Colorbar introduces Velvet Matte Lipstick with a unique formula to provide a soft creamy texture yet magnificent matte finish. Matte lipsticks are no longer synonymous with dry and over creased lips; the lipsticks are creamy on application and matte in look giving your lips a luscious look.
