The Warnaco Group, Inc. announced the appointment of David Cunningham to President of its Calvin Klein Jeans division. Mr. Cunningham will oversee design, development, merchandising, marketing and sales for the Calvin Klein Jeans brand and will report directly to Frank Tworecke, President of the Sportswear Group. Mr. Cunningham is assuming the position previously held by Janice Sullivan, who is leaving the Company to pursue other interests.

Cunningham joined Warnaco in 2006, as President of the Company's Chaps business. Previously he was with Paul Davril, Inc. where he served as Group President for the Kenneth Cole Men's and Women's brands, as well as for Ecko Red. In addition, Cunningham worked for Timberland, as Senior Vice President of their Apparel division, and for Tommy Hilfiger USA, where he was Senior Vice President of Tommy Hilfiger Jeans.

"We are delighted to promote David into this position,” commented Frank Tworecke, President of the Sportswear Group. “David has done an excellent job enhancing the Chaps brand positioning through elevating the aesthetic and quality of the product, while promoting operational efficiency. His ability to develop and maximize lifestyle brands coupled with his collaborative management style will be advantageous as we continue to expand our Calvin Klein Jeans business."
