Charlotte Russe to present Q4 fiscal results on Nov 4

San Diego based growing mall-based fashion retailer Charlotte Russe Holding Inc announced that it will hold an investor conference call to discuss its fourth quarter of fiscal 2005 results on November 4, 2005 at 8:00 a.m. Pacific/11:00 a.m. Eastern.

Mark A. Hoffman, President and Chief Executive Officer and Daniel T. Carter, Chief Financial Officer, will host the call. The company will release its fourth quarter ended September 24, 2005 results prior to the market open that same day.

Charlotte Russe Holding Inc is a growing mall-based specialty retailer of fashionable, value-priced apparel and accessories targeting young women in their teens and twenties. The company operated a total of 408 stores in 42 states and Puerto Rico, as of September 24, 2005, comprised of 342 Charlotte Russe stores and 66 Rampage stores.

Forty-nine new stores were opened with one Rampage store closed during fiscal 2005, and the company expects to open up to 35 new stores during the fiscal year ending in September 2006.
