FitFlop Microwobbleboard, meeting New Year resolutions

Mr Barlow explained the reasons for the success of his online store in promoting the FitFlop brand in particular:

"I think that the reason we are so successful with FitFlops and similar products is because we offer supporting information and guides to answer any questions a customer may have.

More expensive fitness products tend to require a little bit more explaining to justify their higher cost. There tends to be a lot of technology and specialist features that go into these high end items, so it's important that the benefits of these are clearly and concisely explained.

For example, it may not always be appropriate to explain every detail of the way in which FitFlops simulate barefoot walking to burn more calories. Some customers may only want the hard and fast facts, while others may want to read more information before making a purchase. So we do our best to cater for both types of customer."
