MODACALZADO + IBERPIEL continues to sign up new participants

an initiative that was set up at the last edition of MODACALZADO + IBERPIEL. This area, which has been warmly welcomed by the fair's brands, has once again surpassed all initial expectations, more than doubling the level of participation witnessed in September 2009, based on a total of 42 exhibitors. Among other names, ESPACIO GLAM will feature the participation of high-category brands such as Audley, Chie Mihara, Coral Blue, Sinela Gallery, Ras, Biviel, Salvador Jover, Beverly Feldman, Luis Onofre, Paco Gil, Kollflex, Dorotea, Miezko, Vogli and Hommers.
Coinciding Activities
This edition of MODALZADO + IBERPIEL will also present a range of activities that help to complement the fair's commercial dimension. In this respect, we might mention the Ideaslab area, a section aimed at promoting innovation and marketing techniques, which is organised by FICE, with the support of the State Company for the Development of Design and Innovation (ddi), which is attached to the Spanish Ministry for Science and Innovation, as well as the Valencian Regional Department for Industry, Trade and Innovation, in collaboration with INESCOP and IFEMA.
The leading international portal for fashion forecasts and trends, WGSN (Worth Global Style Network), will also present an analysis regarding the trends for next Autumn-Winter 2010/2011 Season within the framework of MODACALZADO + IBERPIEL, as well as the latest trend updates regarding Spring-Summer 2010. In addition, MODACALZADO + IBERPIEL will provide the setting for the staging of a photograph exhibition on the monographic theme of footwear, CalzArte, which will bring together all of the finalists of the Fifth CalzArte-Ciudad de Elda National Photography Exhibition, organised by the Footwear Museum Foundation of Elda.
Throughout the course of the fair, MODACALZADO + IBERPIEL will remain open from 9.30 a.m. to 7.00 p.m., except for the last day of the event, when the fair will close at 5.30 p.m..
