Trend Installations
Two trend installations will provide inspirations for products and goods presentation. TRENDS INN 5 highlights the key shapes and details for shoes and accessories using demonstration styles. TRENDS INN 4 is about staging current shoe styles in inspiring shop window displays. This visualisation shows how the fashion themes can be translated for the field of visual merchandising.

Trend Lectures
The Order Information event organised by TextilWirtschaft for the 2010/11 Autumn/Winter season featuring the journal's two editors Gudrun Allstädt and Jelena Juric provides a competent overview of the most important fashion tendencies for the new season and styles from fashion metropolises. The trend lecture gives detailed information on the first ordering tendencies for shoes, bags and other accessories (Friday, 12 March 2010, 10.00 am, Entrance North, Reception Lounge, 1st Floor).

Nicoline van Enter from the Amsterdam agency Y Trends will be holding a variety of seminars on current and future trends in young fashion in the Trends in Progress Lounge in Hall 7.0. Informative and entertaining lectures on the two upcoming seasons Autumn/Winter 2010/11 and Spring/Summer 2011 will run in English (Friday, 12 March 2010, 10.00 am, Saturday, 13 March 2010, 11.00 am) and in cooperation with the journal Schoenvisie also in Dutch (Friday, 12 March 2010, 1.00 pm and Sunday, 14 March 2010, 11.00 am). The “Join the Early Birds” lecture will provide a very early insight into long-term developments in streetwear for 2011/12 Autumn/Winter season and the 2012 Spring/Summer season (Friday,12 March 2010, 4.30 pm).

Inspirations and information on trends and looks for the next but one season will be offered by Modeurop Fashion Forecast. Trend expert Marga Indra Heide will use trade fair reports, footwear news and analyses to demonstrate key tendencies in women, men and children's shoe fashions for Spring/Summer 2011. In focus here will be the key colour, shape and material innovations for shoes and bags (Friday, 12 March 2010, 4.00 pm, Entrance North, Reception Lounge, 1st Floor).
