Purple Tree provides women stress free environment to reconnect

Launched in the US in November 2004, Purple Tree Inc has grown to over 300 Coordinators in 42 US states (including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico) in the first year and, as of October 2005, is now in Canada. The rapid expansion of this direct sales organization is based on women's need to reconnect with each other and with their own creativity.

Identified in Purple Tree's initial research phase, women long for a sense of community and harbor a creative spirit that often is neglected to meet everyday demands. Purple Tree designed a successful structure for independent Purple Tree Coordinators to bring groups of women together in a stress-free environment where they get back in touch with their creativity.

Purple Tree home parties allow guests to complete a free Make 'N Take (a simple, creative project), and choose from a broad range of easy-to-complete projects such as jewelry, home decor, paper crafts and knitting.

'They're so excited about the reaction that women have had to Purple Tree, that they accelerated their expansion plans,'said Jim Turner, Company Experience Advocate for Purple Tree. 'Throughout the US and Canada, the number of Coordinators has grown significantly and even includes several well-known authors, TV personalities and creative experts.
