Vikram Phadnis confirms debut participation in Bride Show

One of India's most promising, up and coming fashion designers has signed up to take part in The Bride Show Dubai for the first time. Vikram Phadnis has designed exquisitely beautiful dresses for some of the biggest names in Bollywood, including Aishwarya Rai, Priyanka Chopra, Vidya Balan and Sushmita Sen, and now he will showcase his latest designs to Dubai's followers of fashion in his debut appearance at The Bride Show Dubai on Wednesday 7 April at 5:00pm, the premiere fashion show of the four day event.

The Bride Show Dubai offers UAE women the only chance to blag a front row seat to a wide range of fashion shows, where professional models showcase the latest haute couture evening wear, bridal gowns, abayas and sheilas. Vikram Phadnis' show is sure to be one of the highlights of the four day bridal extravaganza, taking place at the Dubai International Exhibition Centre from 7 to 10 April.

“The collection I will be showing at The Bride Show Dubai is ultra modern, with defined silhouettes in warm colours to suit the UAE market,” said Phadnis. “Our theme is sense and flamboyance which works incredibly well for Dubai”.

Phadnis, who has won countless awards including the Best Designer IIFA Award and the Young Achievers Award by the government of Maharashtra, will be at his exhibition show stand for the four day event, meeting clients and offering tips and advice on shapes and colours. This is an opportunity for Dubai's fashionistas to be personally styled by one of India's most influential fashion designers.

The Bride Show Dubai runs from Wednesday 7 April to Saturday 10 April, open from 42:30pm until 10:30pm. Children under 12 are not permitted.
