Liz Claiborne Inc. announced a licensing agreement with Future Fashions, a division of Trimera Group, under which Future Fashions will become the licensing partner in the Canadian market for Liz Claiborne apparel, handbags and related accessories, which are not currently licensed in Canada. This agreement also includes licensing the rights for Men's and Woman's apparel under the Axcess brand name in the Canadian market. The design and feel of the brand will remain consistent with the strong heritage of Liz Claiborne, but will be adapted specifically to meet the needs of the Canadian marketplace. Liz Claiborne-branded apparel, handbags and related accessories will remain available for sale at stores throughout Canada.
