Tommy Hilfiger submits annual report on form 10-K with SEC

Fashionable clothing marketer Tommy Hilfiger Corporation announced that it has filed its annual report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2005 with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The Company also filed its quarterly reports on Form 10-Q for the second quarter ended September 30, 2004 and for the third quarter ended December 31, 2004, along with its amended Form 10-Q/A for the first quarter ended June 30, 2004.
As announced on September 30, 2005, the Company concluded that it should restate its financial results for the fiscal years ended March 31, 2004 and prior, as well as for the first quarter ended June 30, 2004.
The Company continues to work towards filing its quarterly results on Form 10-Q for the fiscal quarters ended June 30, 2005 and September 30, 2005 in the near future.
