eBags Inc, the world's largest retailer of bags and shoes online, announced record sales for Cyber Monday with an increase of 59.5 percent over 2004. Traffic increased by 39.0 percent according to eBags internal data.

Trends that emerged over the Thanksgiving Holiday were an increase in sales of handbags, luggage sets, laptop cases, and travel accessories. eBags carries more travel accessories than anyone in the world.

"Company is pleased with performance over the holiday," says Jon Nordmark, CEO of eBags, Inc. "The growth is primarily due to the launch of new website, 6pm.com, and new technological innovations within the corporation. Company is always looking for ways to make shopping for shoes and bags easy and fun for customers."

eBags Inc launched 6pm.com earlier this month. 6pm.com offers men's and women's footwear and accessories in an incredible range of sizes, widths and styles. The site combines patent-pending guided navigation and search tools with some of the latest in Web 2.0 technology to make shopping for shoes and bags participatory, community-driven and faster than ever before.

This dynamic technology makes shopping for shoe and bag ensembles an interactive, fun experience and gives shoppers the power to make merchandising decisions.

"eBags Inc is the leading retailer of bags online, and with the launch of 6pm.com, they are setting sights on the larger accessories market," said Peter Cobb, Co-Founder and Senior Vice President of eBags Inc. "One of the keys to success is customer satisfaction and customer feedback through ratings and testimonials -- we now have over 720,000 customer reviews on eBags.com. Company aim to keep customers happy and expect a robust and fruitful holiday season."
