Multi-brand footwear, apparel and accessories company, Phoenix Footwear Group Inc announced that Jim Riedman, the Company's Chairman, will be presenting at the Wedbush Morgan Securities 6th Annual California Dreamin' Conference, to be held on December 7-8, 2005 at Fairmont Miramar Hotel in Santa Monica, California.

Phoenix Footwear will be doing a series of individual presentations for interested parties on Thursday, December 8, 2005.
