Style Week Orange County sets new trends with Cadillac

Sat., Oct. 2, 7 p.m. Nordstrom Fall 2010 – A runway show highlighting the best fall trends, followed by in-store events and special offers for customers.
Sat., Oct. 2, 8 p.m. Cadillac Couture: Red Carpet Gowns will repeat on this night.
Sat., Oct. 2, 8:15 p.m. Needle & Thread – Active Ride and Ezekiel again partner on this competition, where seven FIDM Graduate Designers will present five original looks each for the Ezekiel Spring 2011 Collection. A panel of industry and celebrity judges, including Nick Verreos, will select a winner, whose designs will later be featured in the Spring collection. Ezekiel will then showcase its Spring looks following the competition.
The third annual Style Week Orange County continues the tradition that Irvine Spectrum Center has created, showcasing emerging designers and notable style makers from Orange County. Past events have featured appearances by celebrity designer Lauren Conrad, Olympic medalist Gretchen Blieler, Adam Saaks of Ed Hardy, and others. This will be the second appearance by Project Runway alum and red carpet staple Nick Verreos.
“Style Week Orange County has set a precedent as the area's must-attend fashion event,” said Stacie Ellis, Marketing Director of Irvine Spectrum Center. “Both Orange County and Irvine Spectrum Center are proven trend setters and style leaders and we're proud to showcase the latest fashions and emerging brands that our sophisticated customers demand.”
The Rack Rave and fashion shows will take place in Giant Wheel Court at Irvine Spectrum Center, with seating on a first come, first serve basis. Standing-room-only areas are also available.
