Footwear retailer DSW Inc Nov sales grow 24.3 %

Ohio based branded footwear retailer DSW Inc reported net sales of $97.9 million for the four-week period ended November 26, 2005, a 24.3 percent increase over last year's net sales of $78.8 million for the four-week period ended November 27, 2004. November comparable store sales increased 12.8 percent over the same period last year.
For the forty-three week period ended November 26, 2005, the Company reported a net sales increase of 18.6 percent to $958.2 million from $808.2 million last year.
Comparable store sales increased 4.6 percent for the forty-three week period.

DSW currently operates 198 stores in 32 states and also supplies footwear to 25 locations for related retailers and to 213 locations for other non-related retailers in the United States.
