Oscar Rodriguez of Abazias wins bid for Paris Hilton watch

Oscar Rodriguez, CEO of leading international diamond seller Abazias, was the highest bidder at the November 30, 2005 live charity auction of Watch #001 of the Paris Hilton Limited Edition Series. Rodriguez paid $125,000 for the Swiss-made watch that features 1,000 diamonds, 18k white gold and a 5 time-zone rotating ring.

Proceeds from the auction are going to the Memorial Sloan Kettering for Breast Cancer Research.

In an invitation-only evening, hosted by Parlux Fragrance and Tourneau, the first watch created for Paris Hilton was auctioned off to the highest bidder by Antiquorum Auction House. "Company is thrilled to have participated in this event," states Oscar Rodriguez. "Abazias and Paris Hilton share a special bond. Showcase over 70,000 diamonds and it's very possible that she does too."

The watch will be featured on Abazias.com in December 2005.
