Ted Baker ties up with RSH for retail distribution

Ray Kelvin, Chief Executive commented that Ray is delighted to announce that they have signed our second territorial licence in Asia and a licence for the Middle East. Although the financial impact of the agreements will not be material in the short term, this represents yet another step in our long-term strategy to develop Ted Baker as a global brand.

Although it is early days, they are also very encouraged by the positive reaction from customers to their new store in Dallas. The store is stunning and as always reflects Ted's unique personality.

British designer brand Ted Baker has steadily grown from a single shirt specialist store in Glasgow, to an international brand that distributes through retail showcases, leading department stores and key independents in, Europe, USA, Canada and Australasia. In 2006 distribution will extend to the Middle East and Asia.

RSH Limited is the leading pan-Asian marketer, distributor and retailer for sports, golf, active lifestyle and fashion products. RSH, which achieved an annual turnover exceeding Singapore $423 million in FY2005, was officially listed on the mainboard of the Singapore Exchange in October 2000.
