Provogue ties up with M&B for men's shoes marketing

Apparel maker Provogue India Ltd informed that the company has signed an exclusive licensee agreement with M&B Footwear Pvt Ltd (M&B), for manufacturing and marketing of mens shoes.
M&B Footwear Pvt Ltd is located in Delhi. The company is manufacturing footwear.
Under the agreement M&B would be permitted to use the company's trade mark in the men's footwear section, Provogue informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.
Company stated that they have been granted the right to exclusively manufacture and market men's footwear under Provogue's brand name in India for a period of ten years till 2015.
M&B Footwear has the distinction of being the only company in India having foreign collaborations with international brands, for the manufacturing and marketing of their products in the Indian market.
Provogue stands for fashion and not pure apparel; this in itself makes it the leader instantly. Its designs are cutting edge and radical, which epitomises its mantra “Redefining Fashion”.
