Kuwaiti Haya Houti returns to Couture Fashion Week

In her third appearance at Couture Fashion Week New York, Kuwaiti designer Haya Al Houti will present her newest collection at 6:00 p.m. on Friday February 18, 2011. The designer's much-anticipated return to the prestigious event will be held in the legendary Grand Ballroom of the Waldorf-Astoria on Park Avenue, New York City.
One of Kuwait's top designers, Ms. Al Houti established her fashion house in 2002 and has since become renowned for her exquisite bridal and evening gowns as well as cocktail and casual wear and accessories. Her clientele includes an array of Saudi Arabian and Qatarian princesses as well as prestigious dignitaries, socialites and VIPs throughout the Middle East. Her creations are breathtaking combinations of the finest satins, silks, taffeta, chiffon, organza, tulle and lace with rich beading and jeweled embellishments.
Along with her staff of more than 25 talented and skilled employees, Ms. Al Houti prides herself on creating not just beautiful fashions, but also "Art from the Heart" - designs that transcend fabric and thread and touch the wearer's inner spirit. Client service and satisfaction are top priorities along with the highest quality craftsmanship.
Haya Al Houti has shown her unforgettable designs at important fashion events throughout the Middle East and is the only Kuwaiti fashion designer to show at Couture Fashion Week New York to date. She has been featured in such major publications as Book Moda, Arab Times, Kuwait Times, Epoch Times, Al Nahar and Al Sheyassah, as well as on Fashion TV, RAI TV Qatar TV and other broadcasts. The designer recently opened a new boutique in Beirut.
