DFW will also be one step closer to its fans with the introduction of the DFW i-phone Application. This application will bring the latest glitz and glamour from the shows, directly to mobile phones. The technology adaption will give Capital Marketing an opportunity to bring the event to audiences in real time.

This season, DFW will also take it up a notch from the mere glamour of fashion with conviction as it joins hands with its charity partner Dubai Cares, a UAE-based philanthropic establishment launched in September 2007 by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, to improve children's access to primary education in developing countries.

DFW FW11 will showcase renowned designers such as Rajesh Pratap Singh, Hassan Sheheryar Yasin (HSY), Rabia Z, Mumbai Se, Hadi Katra, Hanayen amongst others, at Zabeel Hall in Dubai World Trade Centre from 19th to 23rd April 2011.

Dubai Fashion Week (DFW) is a 'by invitation only' fashion trade event aimed at bringing together major advocates of the fashion industry by providing them a common platform. Overseen by an advisory board, DFW enables local and regional designers and fashion houses to present their collection to global and regional buyers, media, fashion professionals and the general public.
