TechStyle Fashion earns Great Place To Work For honour

TechStyle Fashion Group, the leading membership-based fashion company operating popular brands like JustFab, Fabletics, FabKids and ShoeDazzle, has been recognised by independent analysts as Great Place to Work for the second consecutive year. The ranking recognised TechStyle’s unique culture which celebrates diversity, individuality and innovation.

“As a fashion company with roots in technology, TechStyle strives to create a work environment where creativity and innovation can thrive in tandem,” said Roxane Lukas , SVP, head of People at TechStyle. “The strength of our scores reflects the passion and satisfaction our employees have for the company, and we are honoured to be recognised as a Great Place to Work.”

The Best Workplaces ranking was based on employees’ anonymous assessment of TechStyle’s culture, management and opportunities for advancement, among other areas. Feedback was gathered through the Trust Index survey used to compile Great Place to Work Review.

“We’re pleased to grant TechStyle Fashion Group certification as a Grace Place To Work for the second year in a row,” says Sarah Lewis-Kulin, Great Place to Work's senior editor. “These scores display TechStyle’s dedication to keeping its employees happy by providing a positive work environment which will ultimately drive business performance and employment opportunities for the organisation as a whole.”

According to the study, 94 per cent of employees surveyed take great pride in working at TechStyle Fashion Group, making TechStyle one of the country’s best places to work.

Ninety four 94 per cent said TechStyle provides a great atmosphere, 87 per cent said TechStyle provides great challenges, 89 per cent said TechStyle provides great rewards, 92 per cent said TechStyle fosters great communication and 91 pe rcent said TechStyle has great bosses.

TechStyle Fashion Group’s review is based on 808 employee surveys, resulting in a 90 per cent confidence level and a margin of error of ± 1.75. Employees highlighted the perks they appreciate including; paid parental leave, bonus eligibility, executive leadership team gatherings, company parties, employee development programmes, discounts and fitness classes.
