India's Pratibha Syntex celebrates World Cotton Day

Addressing the session, Dr Tripathi said that farmers should have curiosity to improve their production. “Their curiosity will lead to increase in their income.” He suggested that cotton crop should be grown because their roots go deeper in soil than other crops and loosens up the soil.

Pratibha Syntex Ltd managing director Shreyaskar Chaudhary expressed gratitude towards the farmers for associating with the company. He told them that the cotton grown by them is reaching to 40 countries.

FPO director Tarashila spoke about her growth story, and how she developed bio-input production in Mohankheda in the Dhar district of Madhya Pradesh.
