Seattle Pacific signs Stone Mountain USA for Unionbay

Seattle Pacific Industries (SPI), a leading branded sportswear company, has named Stone Mountain USA, LLC the exclusive domestic and Canadian accessories and luggage licensee for the Unionbay brand. Founded in 1981, Seattle-based SPI runs branded apparel business owning both upscale and mid-tier apparel and accessory brands, including Unionbay.

Effective immediately, Stone Mountain will design, produce and bring to market a wide variety of young men’s and junior’s accessories including handbags, SMLs, fanny and backpacks for junior’s as well as SML’s, wallets, fanny and backpacks for young men and cold weather accessories for both.

Stone Mountain will also produce a luggage line. It will launch product for retail deliveries in Spring 2020 and mirror Unionbay’s key distribution strategy of national department and specialty store chains. Stone Mountain will launch Unionbay products at retail for the Spring 2020 season. 

“We are honoured to create an innovative array of branded accessories for this iconic brand,” said Charles Atanasio, Jr., chief financial and operating officer of Stone Mountain USA, LLC.   “Unionbay’s brand longevity combined with our product knowhow in the teen and contemporary markets, will allow us to bring exciting accessory lines into the marketplace at a time we think they are truly needed."

Since its formation in 1978, Stone Mountain has been renowned for quality craftsmanship, a fusion of classic styles and contemporary trends, functionality, durability, and value.
