The monthly variation in retail sales at constant prices was 1 per cent in the month after seasonal and calendar adjustment. This rate was six tenths higher than the previous month.
Employment in the country’s retail trade rose by 1.7 per cent YoY in September. This rate was three tenths below that recorded in August, according to an INE release.
