ecVision, the leader in supply chain collaboration solutions for retailers and brands, announced the launch of the latest addition to their cloud-based offerings of software products aimed at helping solve these issues.

ecVision Comply is a point solution that consolidates the tasks and information required for organizations to document, manage and monitor their product safety testing and facility compliance auditing processes This solution enables organizations to conform to country and state regulations, along with social responsibility obligations.

"ecVision Comply is delivered as an 'out-of-the-box', turnkey solution for brands, importers and retailers of every size because the subscription based pricing is affordable," said Gary Barraco, Senior Director, Solutions Marketing for ecVision.

"Users can manage supplier, product, testing, and audit data in the web platform with ease. Furthermore, we have established linkage relationships with major testing and audit companies. With our pre-built integration mechanism in the platform, users can send and receive requests and results directly in ecVision Comply without having to log into any external portals."

ecVision Comply is a single platform that houses multiple modules sold at the Basic and Advanced levels. The modules have an underlying framework that provides communication, visibility and reporting tools. The following features will launch with the initial offering.

- Build/Import supplier profiles and product catalogs
- Maintain material, component and finished goods records with BOM level details
- Generate compliance certificates at multiple levels (including CoC, GCC or CPC)
- Create, schedule and deploy test/audit requests with suppliers and 3rd parties
- Capture and store images or documents within a single system
- Supports C-TPAT, CSR, Labor and RSL audits
- Manage ongoing/recurring re-testing or audits
- Generate and share templated reports in graphical formats
- Communicate externally using email connection tool
- Access news feeds from internal sources, CPSC and other agencies

Additional features are proposed for future roadmap enhancements including sustainability indexing using the Higg Index, conflict minerals management and more.

At the Advanced Level, the platform also provides a means to integrate BOM, supplier and order data with audit and test data. With this holistic view, brands can effectively manage their risk management programs.

Outside of ecVision Comply's offerings, buyers can upgrade to ecVision Suite's enterprise-level best practices for Product Testing or Facility Compliance to add an additional layer of protection against risk. These best practices provide stop gaps to ensure that only compliant suppliers, facilities and components are used as an ultimate means of maintaining total visibility into the production process.
