Bharat Tex 2025 has been showcasing India's rich culture at its second venue in Greater Noida, through the strong participation of artisans and artists. Traditional textiles are an integral part of India's centuries-old handicraft segment. A number of artisans are displaying their handicraft products, giving Indian and overseas visitors an opportunity to experience India's rich culture.

The second edition of Bharat Tex 2025-Handicrafts is being held from February 12-15 at the India Expo Centre & Mart, Greater Noida. This major event, part of the global Bharat Tex 2025 trade fair, is highlighting India's handicraft traditions alongside modern innovations.

Bharat Tex is organised by the Bharat Tex Trade Federation (BTTF) and supported by the Ministry of Textiles. The event is running concurrently at two venues: Greater Noida for handicrafts, garment machinery, and chemicals, and Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi, covering the entire textile value chain.

The Export Promotion Council for Handicraft is one of the 12 Textile Export Promotion Councils backing the event. Ahead of this event, EPCH chairman Dileep Baid had stated, "This event blends our rich textile heritage with innovation, reaffirming India's leadership in sustainable and modern textiles."

The event has become an important opportunity for artisans from all over the country to showcase their handmade products. With over 600 exhibitors, including renowned artisans, exporters, young designers, and startups, the exhibition features 15 categories such as gifts, decorative items, home furnishings, fashion jewellery, lamps, lighting, handmade paper products, leather bags, candles, GI products, and traditional toys.
