Amsterdam Denim Days represents the pinnacle of all that denim fervour, bringing together the entire denim tribe – from enthusiasts and collectors worldwide, to indie and top designers and brands, to denim artisans of every like and even mills and makers – to celebrate indigo.

Tommy Hilfiger Denim, Calvin Klein Jeans, Nudie Jeans Co., Lee, Kings of Indigo and Wrangler among other brands will participate in the event.

Tailored product launches, presentations, exhibitions and special offers, geared towards the denim obsessive are expected at the Denim Days event. Visitors can also stroll around the Nine Streets and Kalverstraat area for the ultimate denim shopping experience and go for the big blue catch.

The renowned Kingpins international textile trade show on April 19-20 is a chance for industry insiders to view the best mills, wash houses, full package manufacturers and trim providers from around the globe.

Fast becoming one of the most notable global denim platforms, the Blueprint Festival on April 21-22 will spotlight denim heroes from iconic mills and legendary denim personalities to cult-favourite designers alongside brand exhibits, workshops, live music, interactive displays and a bigger/better denim market.

The Transformers conference – The True Cost of Sustainability – on April 21 will explore the possibilities, innovations and potential of sustainable denim. Targeting high-level executives and designers, the summit will review denim production through a sustainable lens from field to consumer. (KD)
