Aeoon Technologies, Austria based digital textile printers manufacturer, showcased the Aeoon PTB Pretreatment Unit—the newest addition to its product range—along with Aeoon Kyo Compact series, at the just concluded ISS Long Beach 2017. The pretreatment solution is able to keep up with the high speed of Aeoon’s digital direct to garment printers.

The new product can pretreat up to 930 garments per hour with a belt speed of up to 10 m/minute. It detects garment automatically and sprays only preselected areas to reduce consumable cost.

Further, it is easy to maintain (e.g. self cleaning belt, automatic cleaning station for nozzles).

The Aeoon Compact Series of digital direct to garment textile printers is smaller and elegant, yet equally durable than the well-known Aeoon Kyo Series. Therefore, it is perfect for businesses with limited space availability. The Aeoon Compact Series can reach printing speeds of up to 950 t-shirts per hour (A4 print size, depending on image and resolution).

Since its establishment in 2011, Aeoon Technologies has constantly pursued its way. The company presented the first prototype of the Aeoon DTG printer at the FESPA in Hamburg in 2011, which attracted a lot of attention in the DTG printing market. (RKS)
