Amicor & Purflo show anti-allergy beddings at Heimtextil

Amicor and Purflo displayed the new anti-allergy baby beddings in Heimtextil Frankfurt. The international trade fair for home and contract textiles was held from January 8-11, 2019, in Germany. Purflo is an innovator and manufacturer of baby products. Amicor fibre is one of the earliest fibre technologies pioneered and developed for antimicrobial textiles.
Inspired by new parents to create the safest baby products on the market; Purflo worked tirelessly to ensure each element is lovingly designed and every material carefully sourced to fulfil core principles of safety, breathability, hypo-allergenic properties and the happiness of babies. Purflo hallmark is known for beautiful design, exceptional quality and safe sleep.
“We chose to combine Amicor Pure with Oeko-Tex Standard Class 100 certified cotton and polyester due its anti-bacterial properties even when washed; because we believe every baby deserves the very best. Amicor has been incorporated in to the Purflo breathable mattress, breathable newborn nest and breathable maxi nest,” Lee-Anne Simpson CEO of the company said.
“There has been increasing concern regarding various breathing allergies caused by harmful allergens. It is estimated that, over 350 million people around the World are affected only by asthma. Babies having underdeveloped immune system is more prone to get affected. Specifically to cater to this growing health and allergy concerns, Purflo has introduced their latest collection of baby products made with intelligent fibre Amicor.
