Asian benzene prices decline due to weak energy values

Benzene prices moved down in Asia in the last week due to weak upstream energy values in the region.
In Korea, average prices reduced by US$ 10/ton and assessed at US$ 715/ton in the last week, a drop of 1.38 per cent over the price prevailing at the end of the previous week.
In Japan, average prices stepped down by US$ 10/ton to US$ 720/ton in the last week, as compared to previous week, after a reduction of 1.37 per cent.
In India, average prices marched lower by US$ 10/ton and quoted at US$ 725/ton in the last week, as compared to previous week, a declination of 1.36 per cent.
