Asian benzene prices gain last week

Benzene prices rose in Asia in the last week on the back of higher upstream energy values in the region.
In Korea, average prices edged higher by US$ 10/ton and settled at US$ 845/ton in the last week, registering a climb of 1.20 per cent from the previous week.
In Japan, average prices improved by US$ 10/ton and finalized at US$ 850/ton in the last week, after a hike of 1.19 per cent over the previous week.
In India, average prices picked up by US$ 10/ton and assessed at US$ 860/ton in the last week, an improvement of 1.18 per cent as compared to the previous week.
