Asian benzene prices up on Sept 16 from improved demand

Benzene prices went up in Asia on Wednesday (Sept 16) from improved demand in the region coupled with higher downstream product prices, upstream product prices and upstream energy prices.
In Korea, prices were assessed at US$ 565/ton, higher by US$ 5/ton as compared to prices on Tuesday (Sept 15).
In Japan, prices were spotted at US$ 570/ton, up by US$ 5/ton as against prices on Sept 15.
In India, prices were offered at US$ 575/ton, also higher by US$ 5/ton vis-à-vis prices on Tuesday.
In Korea, prices were assessed at US$ 565/ton, higher by US$ 5/ton as compared to prices on Tuesday (Sept 15).
In Japan, prices were spotted at US$ 570/ton, up by US$ 5/ton as against prices on Sept 15.
In India, prices were offered at US$ 575/ton, also higher by US$ 5/ton vis-à-vis prices on Tuesday.
