Asian markets witness bearish MEG demand last week

Markets in Asia witnessed bearish demand for monoethylene glycol (MEG) in the week ending November 13, resulting in a drop in prices.
 
In China, average prices decreased by $10/ton and were assessed at $615/ton in the last week, down 1.60 per cent compared to the previous week ending November 6, 2015.
 
In India, average prices dropped by $5/ton to $625/ton in the last week, showing a fall of 0.79 per cent compared to the previous week.
 
In SE Asia, average prices were assessed at $625/ton in the last week, down $5/ton or 0.79 per cent over the previous week. (RKS)
