Asian propylene prices display mix trend last week

Propylene prices showed mixed trend in Asia in the last week.
In Korea and China average prices stepped up due to optimistic buying indications in the market.
In Korea, average prices jumped up by US$ 10/ton and secured at US$ 1075/ton in the last week, an improvement of 0.94 per cent as compared to the previous week.
In China, average prices soared by US$ 5/ton and assessed at US$ 1085/ton in the last week, an enhancement of 0.46 per cent over the previous week.
In Japan, average prices dropped down by US$ 5/ton and finalized at US$ 1035/ton in the last week, after a decrease of 0.48 per cent over the price prevailing at the end of the previous week due to unfavorable market conditions.
In India, average prices remained unmoved and quoted at US$ 990/ton in the last week as compared to the previous week due to modest trading activity in the country.
