Propylene prices jumped up in Asia in the last week due to bullish buying activity in the region.
In Korea, average prices stepped up by US$ 5/ton and recorded at US$ 1085/ton in the last week, showing an increment of 0.46 per cent over the previous week.
In Japan, average prices surged by US$ 30/ton and settled at US$ 1080/ton in the last week, an enhancement of 2.86 per cent as compared to the previous week.
In SE Asia, average prices moved up by US$ 25/ton and finalized at US$ 1020/ton in the last week, registering a surge of 2.51 per cent over the price prevailing at the end of the previous week.
In China, average prices leaped higher by US$ 20/ton and assessed at US$ 1130/ton in the last week as compared to the previous week, a soar by 1.80 per cent.
