Propylene prices went up in Asia in the last week because of optimistic demand sentiments from the buyers in the region.
In Korea, average prices increased a bit by US$ 5/ton and secured at US$ 1045/ton in the last week, as compared to the previous week, an enhancement of 0.48 per cent.
In Japan, average prices surged by US$ 10/ton and assessed at US$ 1035/ton in the last week, a gain of 0.98 per cent over the price prevailing at the end of the previous week.
In China, average prices moved up by US$ 5/ton and recorded at US$ 1085/ton in the last week, a growth of 0.46 per cent over the previous week.
In SE Asia, average prices soared by US$ 10/ton and quoted at US$ 960/ton in the last week, an increment of 1.05 per cent as compared to the previous week.
