Asian PTA prices soar last week

PTA prices bolstered higher in Asia in the last week due to strong demand trend in the region.
In FE Asia, average prices climbed by US$ 25/ton and quoted at US$ 925/ton in the last week as compared to the previous week, an improvement of 2.78 per cent.
In SE Asia, average prices hiked by US$ 25/ton and recorded at US$ 940/ton in the last week, showing a rise of 2.73 per cent over the price prevailing at the end of the previous week.
In India, average prices enhanced by US$ 30/ton and settled at US$ 935/ton in the last week, a jump of 3.31 per cent over the previous week.
