Asian PX prices decline on Jan 6 from poor demand

Asian PX prices declined on Tuesday, 6th Jan from poor product demand in the region coupled with weak upstream energy prices.

In Korea, PX prices went down by US$ 25/ton or 3.09 per cent and were quoted at US$ 785/ton on Tuesday, as compared to Monday (5th Jan).

In SE Asia too, prices dipped by US$ 20/ton and were offered at US$ 810/ton on 6th Jan, down 2.41 per cent as against prices on 5th Jan.
